simfoxx reserves the right to terminate your license to use the motionhub software at any time, without notice, for any reason in simfoxxs sole discretion, including for use in violation of the terms of this eula.
simfoxx will, at its sole discretion, pay you for any amounts you are owed for usage of the motionhub software. simfoxx may recover these amounts through a variety of payment means, including, but not limited to, payment on a lump-sum basis or on an hourly basis.
simfoxx may terminate this eula if you or simfoxx engages in any of the following: (i) if you violate the terms of this eula; (ii) if you violate the rights of simfoxx or any third party; (iii) if simfoxx determines that the motionhub software is not being used in compliance with the motionhub software; (iv) if simfoxx determines that you have used the motionhub software in violation of the motionhub software, including without limitation, any of the terms of this eula; (v) if simfoxx determines that you have used the motionhub software in violation of any law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation; or (vi) if you or simfoxx participates in any act that would constitute a criminal offense or a fraudulent business practice. simfoxx may also take any other action necessary to protect its business, goodwill, reputation, or rights.
